Notice is hereby given that the Grand Forks Public Library Board will meet on the above date and time. In-person attendance at the meeting by the public is allowed. Any member of the public seeking to make comments relating to an agenda item should complete the Citizen Comments Sign-In form at the main door to the meeting room prior to the start of the meeting. Anyone unable to attend the meeting in person is welcome to submit their comments in writing to wendy.wendt@gflibrary.com. All comments received prior to 2:00 p.m. on the meeting day will be considered part of the record of the meeting as if personally presented.
