   For Grand Forks County residents: Upon submitting this form we will create and mail you your new library card.

   Your physical card will be mailed to the address provided and should arrive within 7 to 10 business days.

   For Out of County residents: There is a fee for library card holders that live outside of Grand Forks County ($5/month or $25/year). Payment for out of county cards can be made in-person or over the phone. You may still fill out the form for a library card, however your account will be blocked until the fee is paid.

   Disclaimer: If you are a temporary resident, your account will expire in three months. Cards with special circumstances can be renewed.
