After you have located an item, you can place it on hold. The AVAILABILITY button will tell you whether or not the item is in the library or checked out to another person. You can click on PLACE REQUEST to place the item on hold. If you are not already signed in to your account you will be prompted to do so.
Make sure to click Submit Request on the second screen.
When your hold item is ready to check out we will send you an email or letter in the mail.
